About The Position

The General Manager is entrusted with the complete oversight of the store's operations. This encompasses critical financial aspects such as cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring overall profitability. A key component of the role is fostering positive customer relations. The General Manager is expected to embody company standards, serving as a role model for the entire crew by strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures and ensuring their team does the same. Beyond these core responsibilities, the position involves strategic staffing, meticulous paperwork management, and effective food management to maintain high standards. Providing exceptional customer service is paramount. The role also demands consistent attendance and punctuality, personal transportation to and from work, maintaining impeccable store cleanliness, and actively engaging in local store marketing initiatives. Successful execution of these duties requires strong collaboration with both team members and other levels of store management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess ample supervisory or management experience within the restaurant/food service industry
