Requirements

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals, including front-of-house staff and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction by personally engaging with guests, resolving any issues, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.

  • Implement and enforce high operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality guidelines, and sanitation procedures.
  • Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability, including monitoring food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overall budget.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and maintain an innovative and seasonally inspired menu, ensuring consistently exceptional dining experiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors, ensuring the highest quality ingredients are sourced while negotiating favorable terms.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive repeat business, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights on performance, financials, and operational metrics.
