We are seeking a General Manager to lead a large, complex Customer Service Center (CSC) in a fast‑paced, highly regulated food manufacturing environment. This is a high‑impact leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, people leadership, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will set the direction, build and execute strategy, and lead cross‑functional teams to consistently deliver exceptional results while meeting strict customer, regulatory, and safety standards.
