The General Manager is responsible for the entire store operations, in conjunction with the District Manager, including program execution and product implementation along with maximizing store efficiencies, inventory control, foodservices, ordering, receiving and rotation of products, quality of raw and finished products, sanitation and preparation schedules, inspections and follow-up in the assigned store. The job requires an understanding of all store operations, which include the ability to serve as the Senior Management Person. This includes the willingness to accept responsibility for the store and to take actions in the best interest of the store, it's employees and meet operational guidelines established by BFS Foods.
