About The Position

General Manager - Culver's Lead with Vision to Build Culver’s Legacy! This demanding role tests your limits, rewarding champions with ownership through our mentee program. Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through KPIs. Build high-performing teams through hands-on floor leadership. Develop strategies for sustained sales and team growth. Travel to support other Culver’s locations or new store openings. Mentor staff to develop future leaders. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Expectations: Consistently enforce the highest standards, never accepting less than goal achievement. Lead independently without requiring oversight. Excel in high-pressure environments to meet ambitious goals. Demonstrate reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated. Required Skills & Experience: Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen for P&L management. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality. Restaurant management experience preferred; training provided. Availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and travel.
