About The Position

Join us at TownePlace Suites by Marriott located at 50 Rosebrook Place Wareham, MA. We are excited to grow our Lafrance Hospitality Hotel Leadership team. We are seeking to fill the position of General Manager. Lafrance Hospitality has over 75 years in the Hospitality Industry, we are currently operating 17 select service hotels with numerous brand affiliations. We are dedicated to working with all our General Managers to achieve success. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the success of this property. This will be done by implementing strategies and initiatives to revitalize the properties vision while continuing to position and operate the property appropriately in the market. The General Manager will immediately work towards impacting the revenue, financial and guest service goals established, all while inspiring a high performing culture.

Requirements

Prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment
The ability to hire, train and motivated a team to achieve the highest level of guest service and overall employee retention

Nice To Haves

Prior Brand experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the hotels strategic marking plan in coordination with the hotels Sales Manager
Lead and participate in an active sales effort
Create and execute the hotel annual operating budget
Possess the ability to manage both the top and bottom lines to ensure profit margins are realized
Have a strong command of P&L management
Forecasting and STR analysis
Experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping and maintenance
