Summary of Position: Lead day-to-day operations on-site, guiding a dedicated team in providing outstanding hospitality to our guests. Requirements
- 5 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations
- Strong background in managing seasonal teams and building high-performance cultures
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences

- Degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day marina, boat rental, F& B and retail operations with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Elevate the guest experience by upholding and championing exceptional service standards across all areas.
- Recruit, train, and mentor both seasonal and full-time team members in partnership with Human Resources.
- Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect guests, staff, and natural resources.
