About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing support to team members. Key aspects of the role include managing store operations to drive results, overseeing cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, store cleanliness, and team attendance. The General Manager will also be tasked with recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, managing food and team member safety, and ultimately increasing sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
