Customers have come to depend on Parallel Ag to get any job done and we are looking to add a highly motivated General Manager to our team! The General Manager is responsible for the profitability of all departments in the dealership. To achieve this, the GM must effectively manage all personnel and have strong knowledge and understanding of the agriculture market. The General Manager will have an in-depth understanding of the finances as well as strong customer relation skills. Further responsibilities of the GM will include planning, motivating, and managing the dealership team through excellent leadership and solid business practices. Their purpose is to continue learning the business and gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the framework of the Parallel Ag business model.
