About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of their assigned shift. This role is ideal for natural leaders with strong judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask. The General Manager is responsible for cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed by both themselves and their crew. The position offers a fun and flexible work environment with significant opportunities for advancement, including potential paths to franchise ownership or corporate operations. While prior pizza experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, though candidates must successfully complete all Manager in Training evaluations.
