Requirements

Proven restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and committed to delivering exceptional guest service
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead your team with confidence and positivity, creating a culture where everyone feels motivated, supported, and part of the mission
Own all aspects of daily operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and food safety
Ensure guests receive outstanding service and perfect flavor every time they visit
Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results
Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and find smart ways to maximize profitability
Problem-solve on the fly, stay calm under pressure, and turn challenges into opportunities
Maintain Wingstop standards of excellence in cleanliness, service, and execution
