Domino's Team BAM! is actively seeking a talented General Manager with demonstrated restaurant leadership capabilities. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of the store, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide strong support to team members. The General Manager will be instrumental in managing all aspects of store operations, including cost controls, inventory management, food quality, adherence to image standards, store cleanliness, and staff attendance and punctuality. Key responsibilities also include the recruitment, development, and retention of staff, maintaining rigorous food safety and team member safety standards, and consistently providing best-in-class customer service. Ultimately, the General Manager is expected to drive increased sales and profit potential for the store.
