About The Position
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and team. In this role, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience, grow and develop a high-performing team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll collaborate closely with other leaders and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence to our guests and staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or fine dining)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of P&L and key restaurant metrics
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Experience with POS systems, restaurant software, and Excel (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team that lives out our values and culture

- Ensure an exceptional guest experience every shift
- Manage restaurant financials and achieve performance goals
- Oversee labor and scheduling to maximize productivity
- Partner with marketing on local store initiatives

- Monitor inventory and control food and labor costs
- Uphold all company policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Be hands-on in daily operations - from FOH to BOH
