Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
Two to four years of successful operations management experience, ideally in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant, or retail management
Proven ability to meet financial goals and drive operational excellence
Strong history of managing, developing, and coaching team members
Understanding of facilities management and preventative maintenance systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with computer-based systems
Must meet the standards outlined in the company’s Motor Vehicle Policy
Valid driver’s license; position may involve driving a company or personal vehicle
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A caring heart and genuine desire to serve seniors
