About The Position

This is a full-time, hands-on General Manager position with potential for franchise ownership. General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. The role involves setting the tone and example for the store, leading a team, managing all store operations, assisting walk-in customers, operating the cash register, and ensuring all products are made quickly and accurately according to portion sizes and recipes. Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards are also key responsibilities. Delivering will be part of the training, requiring a Florida driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle. Requirements

Experience leading a team (managing a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people)
Can-do attitude and motivational skills
Reliable vehicle that is insured
Valid Florida driver's license
Be at least 18 years old
Availability during all operating hours: Sunday-Thursday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM, Friday and Saturday - 9:00 AM - 2:00 AM
