Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the General Manger ensures Operational Excellence across all facets of the restaurant by instilling high standards and delivering superior results in all areas of the business- sales growth, outstanding service, profitability, food quality, training & development, and facilities management. The General Manager will accomplish results through high level leadership as outlined in this job description. The General Manager is expected to operate the restaurant successfully through people with influence and inspirational leadership to achieve outstanding results. The General Manager will effectively communicate and model the company vision and brand standards to all members of the management and hourly team.
