Job Summary: A Store Manager for Nekter Juice Bar is responsible for the overall operations, customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. The Store Manager is responsible for maximizing the sales and profits of the store while also maintaining an exceptional level of customer service by developing strong store shift leaders and juicers. Provide employees with all the information and resources they need to do their jobs and to feel a partnership with the organization. Make recommendations for promotion, relocation, and termination of Assistant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Juicers.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience, including Profit and Loss Management
Extended periods of standing. May also require some bending and lifting a minimum of 50lbs.
Valid Food Handlers certification.

Responsibilities

Has concrete knowledge of the POS system and ability to utilize functions to better support sales and labor costs.
Scrupulously follows Nekter Juice Bar cash-handling policies and procedures and ensures that they are followed by all (through conducting audits, counting cash, auditing Team Member files, etc.).
Analyzes and cross-checks the P & L.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and County laws and regulations.
Opening and closing administrative duties are executed consistently and accurately.
Ability to onboard new team members with the requirements put forth by Nekter.
Ability to document write ups and separations.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the store trade area and the surrounding community.
Developing and maintaining positive relations with the surrounding community through effective marketing and sponsorship.
Adhering to all company food safety, cash handling and operational policies and procedures and ensuring that all team members are in compliance as well.
