About The Position

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for creating legendary experiences for guests and ensuring the restaurant operates at its peak performance. This includes overseeing local restaurant marketing efforts and managing Profit and Loss statement results. You will lead and develop your restaurant management team through performance evaluations, engagement strategies, and training initiatives. Additionally, you will be in charge of all community connection and fundraising activities related to the restaurant.

Requirements

4-5 years of management experience
Previous restaurant General Manager experience
General knowledge of labor laws
General knowledge of health codes
General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
General knowledge of computer operations
Ability to manage and direct the work of others
Ability to champion change
Passion for training and developing your team
Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
