This role requires setting a strong example and ensuring 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures by both the manager and their crew. Key duties include staffing, managing paperwork, overseeing food preparation and management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect store image and standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, arranging transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, executing marketing initiatives, and driving profitability. The position also involves general store team member tasks such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, conducting inventory, completing associated paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and the facility. Additionally, the General Manager is responsible for specific driving duties, including product delivery by car to customer doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. The role may also encompass all duties covered in Driver and Customer Service Representative descriptions.
