About The Position

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of a polished casual, full-service restaurant. This role is responsible for overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations while driving revenue, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Assistant General Manager ready to grow or a proven restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment. Leadership, accountability, and culture-building are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Leader
• Strong financial management and cost-control skills
• Experience managing both front and back of house operations
• Familiarity with POS and restaurant management software (e.g., PosiTouch, OpenTable, Restaurant365)
• Strong leadership, team development, and motivational skills
• Customer-service focused with high standards of accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front of House and Back of House operations
• Manage restaurant revenue, profitability, and cost control initiatives
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Supervise and develop team members through coaching and structured training
• Maintain superior guest experience standards and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor product quality and vendor relationships
• Organize and lead shifts while setting clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Promote the brand within the local community and drive neighborhood engagement
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and operational policies
