About The Position
The position involves coordinating daily business operations of the sales store to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently to meet business objectives. The role includes supervising all sales store staff in all aspects to ensure productivity and employee retention. The individual will meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff. Additionally, the position requires handling all issues that arise from staff or customers, managing the store's revenue and operating expenses in accordance with the company’s budget, and tracking and maintaining all company’s assets and inventory for the sales store. The individual will also maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards, improve customer satisfaction rates while identifying opportunities for potential customer growth, and maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal and company requirements.
