The position oversees the performance of a Leslie's store to ensure it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives. The role is directly responsible for growing and managing sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses. Additionally, the position is responsible for the effective execution of all company-developed programs, hiring proficient applicants, training and developing them, and establishing expectations for excellent customer service and a great workplace.
