About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and management duties of the gym. This includes managing the gym's operational budget, overseeing the sales process, and evaluating the performance of gym-related managers. The General Manager will also monitor the hiring, training, and scheduling of all gym staff, train and mentor subordinates, and manage disciplinary actions involving gym employees. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional customer service, planning special events, and ensuring the facility is clean and operationally sound.
