Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the General Manager will be responsible for the performance of the Berlin, CT plant. Will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including managing staff, developing growth strategies, creating budgets, ensuring smooth functioning across departments, and driving overall business performance by implementing strategic goals set by upper management.
