About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in restaurant management.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to be contacted outside normal hours.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• High sense of urgency and integrity.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe Certification is a plus.
• Multi-unit management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to maximize restaurant performance.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality service and food preparation according to company standards.

• Investigate and resolve guest complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely manner.
