Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
• Ready and willing to conduct interviews, hiring, and terminations
• Ability to run the store with an eye to the bottom line
