Additionally, the position entails supervising all staff positions, including projection and audio-visual equipment, and maintaining a working knowledge of all systems within the facility. Responsibilities also include controlling costs, supervising theatre maintenance, monitoring janitorial staff, managing risk, and ensuring guest relations and marketing of feature film engagements. The role requires reading and understanding training materials covering subjects such as anti-harassment and discrimination.
