About The Position
The General Manager oversees the company’s organizational processes and adds improvements to it to build an enjoyable culture. This includes the daily operations of the store and leading your team to meet or exceed all strategic goals. You do this by enforcing all aspects of inventory control and operational policies, controlling expenses, shortages, managing all employees to maximize the sales and profitability of the store. This position is a 'working manager' position and is expected to be working the sales floor.
