About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the Hardee's restaurant in Goose Creek, SC. This role ensures that team members are focused on hospitality and performing their duties effectively. The General Manager reports to the District Manager and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, while upholding the company's values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, maintaining a bench for future growth.
• Execute all marketing plans, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure proper staffing and training of Team Members through effective training programs.
• Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain correct inventory levels and ensure all equipment is in excellent condition.
• Set an example by maintaining a high level of proficiency in all phases of restaurant operations.
• Supervise in accordance with established performance and operating policies.
• Motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members to perform at their highest level.
• Review preliminary P/L's and forward questions to the District Manager.
• Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
