Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
  • Strong people-oriented relationship skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food.
  • Demonstrated drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity.
  • Maintain a positive family culture for employees and customers through coaching and hiring.
  • Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain product levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Adapt to various situations to support team members in meeting customer needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly and effectively.
  • Execute marketing plans accurately and on time to encourage repeat visits.
  • Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take necessary actions to solve problems.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
