The Beaver Creek Metropolitan District (BCMD) is seeking a skilled and seasoned leader for the position of General Manager. The General Manager reports to and works closely with the BCMD's elected board of directors to oversee District affairs, including governance and administration; public transportation and services; and operation and maintenance of public roadways, common areas and infrastructure. This position is generally 80% administrative and 20% operational. The General Manager is the only employee of the District. Virtually all BCMD services are performed through contracted service providers. There are new and ongoing contracts that must be reviewed, considered and/or renewed annually. The General Manager will be responsible for successfully managing professional relationships, contracts and agreements with other public and private entities, community members and other key stakeholders.
