  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers.
  • Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity.
  • Maintain a positive family culture for employees and customers through coaching and hiring.
  • Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain product levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Adapt to various situations to support team abilities in meeting customer needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly and effectively.
  • Execute marketing plans on time to build repeat customer visits.
  • Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take necessary actions.

  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education.

  • Satisfactory completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
