As a General Manager at Schindler, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to support the implementation of region operations and district quality initiatives to achieve strategic plan objectives. You will manage, mentor, and lead a team that includes the District Service Manager, District NI Manager, and a large contingent of Sales and Field Superintendents. Your role will involve developing a customer service strategy to ensure positive service and satisfaction with customers, as well as maintaining strong commercial relationships with key district customers and influential industry consultants. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of the region operation's BDP program for field installation cost improvement goals and administer field installation and service activities for parts inventory and company tools. You will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, and assigning workload requirements, developing market plans, recommending budgets, and creating a participative management environment. Your leadership will be crucial in executing the yearly district business plan and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
