Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (experience with Jimmy John's preferred).

• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Jimmy John's preferred.
• Safe Service certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Jimmy John's location, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance, ensuring team alignment with Strange Allegro's core values.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure efficient cost control to meet profit goals.
• Implement marketing strategies and community outreach to grow brand presence and sales.
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect within the team.
