About The Position
Blackmon Mooring / BMSCAT is a global leader in disaster restoration, providing comprehensive services from initial clean-up to complete rebuilds. Founded in 1948, the company has established a long-standing reputation for excellence in the industry. As the General Manager, you will oversee the total operations of our regional center, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing a diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality services in fire and water mitigation, cleaning, pack-out of contents, and construction rebuilds. You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that all work performed meets the company's high standards. In this role, you will have full P&L responsibilities, which means you will be accountable for all financial metrics, including cash flow management and controlling both variable and fixed costs. Your leadership will be crucial in staffing, training, and executing all basic HR functions to build a strong team capable of achieving the company's goals. You will also be expected to generate over $5 million in annual revenue, demonstrating your ability to lead a consumer-focused sales or operations team effectively. While industry-specific experience is not mandatory, a strong willingness to learn and the drive to expand your career competencies are essential for success in this position. We are looking for high-energy individuals who can energize others and execute multiple plans simultaneously.
