About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of day-to-day operations, including executing companywide shared standards and dining room management.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef to facilitate efficient service and communication between front and back of house.
  • Model exemplary behavior for staff by being active in all areas of the restaurant during service.
  • Monitor and evaluate food, beverage, and service offerings to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and timely manner, both in-person and online.
  • Oversee the beverage program, maintaining proper inventory levels and visual displays.
  • Create and develop incentive programs to promote staff engagement and sales.
  • Review budgets and operating statements to assist in financial management.
  • Maintain labor control by scheduling according to forecasts and adjusting as needed.
  • Supervise the submission and auditing of financial documents and payroll processes.
  • Ensure the department is adequately staffed and manage recruitment and training of new hires.
  • Supervise all FOH staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to service standards.
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks and ensure accurate reporting of counts.
