Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple branches through Branch Managers, ensuring operational functions and financial metrics are achieved.
• Develop the Annual Operating Plan with input from Business Development and Branch Managers, managing the business according to this plan.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and manage the annual marketing and sales plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop new business partners.
• Gain a deep understanding of Cummins' business operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage customer satisfaction through programs like Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer.
• Oversee the warranty submission and rejection process and monitor Repair Event Cycle Time.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and promote corporate responsibility.
