This position is responsible for coordinating all warehouse operations, setting and maintaining safety expectations and standards, and leading a team of supervisors to support business goals. This position directly supervises operations supervisors and their teams.

Assist in controlling expenses
Provide for the compliance and coordination of the federal inspection and OSHA requirements
Interpret and enforce company policies
Assist in the determination of manpower needs and makes recommendations
Prepare and maintain prescribed records and reports to ensure that they reflect conditions accurately
Solve problems in an effective manner with sound follow up
Work with department heads to meet goals while at the same time ensuring the maintenance of labor standards and quality of performance and product
Inspect and maintain a high degree of competence in the areas of housekeeping safety sanitation and security
Oversee all designated shift operations
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for supervisors and operations
Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
3-5 years of related industry experience
1-3 years of supervisory experience preferably in a warehouse
Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations
Strong computer skills required, must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and strong math abilities are a plus
