About The Position
Collective Retreats is seeking an enthusiastic and driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our unique Guest Ranch located in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. This role involves maintaining the highest level of ethical leadership to achieve business goals by owning the onsite guest experience, building and managing a passionate retreat team, and managing against budget and site P&L. The ideal candidate will curate unforgettable experiences that blend rustic charm with modern luxury, while activating our Collective Beliefs and Qualities on a daily basis. The Ranch is undergoing significant renovations from August 2024 to June 2025, requiring strong project management and leadership skills.
