We are seeking a Restaurant Manager-in-Training position to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in California State (San Mateo, Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, and Walnut Creek) .   • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities
  • Manages FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow our future team leaders
  • Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager, and team members to execute excellent operations.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in English, and Chinese is a PLUS
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Three years or more experience for Restaurant Managing
