Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking a General Manager, Test Services. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for the overall profitability across all Test Services locations, with a primary focus on generating new business. This role will work closely with the Technical/Operations Director to ensure operations are performed efficiently and cost-effectively. This role will lead and inspire the entire Test Services team, ensuring staff are engaged and motivated, as well as coach and mentor direct report managers to ensure their success. This position will be fully onsite and can be located at any of our three U.S. locations (Homestead, FL, Wittmann, AZ, or Cleveland, OH). Relocation assistance is available.
