About The Position

Requirements

• 7 years of management experience
• 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• CPR Certification preferred
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Strong analytical ability and knowledge of business processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of worker's compensation and safety matters
• Previous P&L responsibilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with amusement parks or similar environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling Human Resources issues

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall operation of the store.
• Reports daily store events to management as directed.
• Meets established budgets including labor cost, food COGS, and video game sales.
• Maintains security measures for cash handling, ATM, and banking.
• Evaluates the physical condition of the building and equipment, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures team members are trained on safety procedures.
• Interacts with guests to promote satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
• Trains and develops team members and managers, implementing performance planning and incentive programs.
• Communicates daily with staff and upper management regarding operations and events.
• Handles hiring, onboarding, and terminations in a timely manner.
• Directly supervises Assistant Store Director and Managers, and indirectly supervises other staff.
