About The Position

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Working with the leader to set the restaurant's goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals.
• Leading a team of Department Managers and helping them set their own goals.
• Following up on the progress of Department Managers and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
