About The Position

The position involves upholding and administering all Regal policies as outlined in the Regal Policy Guide and Theatre Support Office directives. The individual will ensure adherence to cash management policies and procedures, control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels, and manage the hiring, training, development, supervision, counseling, scheduling, and termination of employees in consultation with Human Resources. The role also includes administering applicable paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies related to Human Resources. Additionally, the individual will supervise staff positions, manage projection and audio-visual equipment, control costs, supervise theatre maintenance, monitor janitorial staff, manage risk, and handle guest relations and marketing for feature film engagements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of all systems within facility in Booth and Projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation, and related projection skills.
  • Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
  • Ability to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
  • Proven experience with PC platforms and knowledge of basic office programs.
  • Good public speaking skills and effective communication in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and administer all Regal policies as outlined in Regal Policy Guide and Theatre Support Office directives.
  • Ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels.
  • Hire, train, develop, supervise, counsel, schedule, and terminate employees in consultation with Human Resources.
  • Administer all applicable paperwork and uphold all company policies related to Human Resources.
  • Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
  • Supervise all staff positions and manage projection and audio-visual equipment.
  • Control costs, including direct operating expenses and inventory management.
  • Supervise theatre maintenance and perform minor repairs.
  • Monitor janitorial staff to ensure facility cleanliness.
  • Manage risk related to team member and guest safety, loss prevention, and emergency situations.
  • Handle guest relations, marketing, and promotions for feature film engagements.
  • Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts taken in during a business day.
  • Read and understand training materials covering anti-harassment and discrimination.
