Your leadership will be crucial in measuring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to safety, delivery, quality, cost, and compliance. You will manage all operational functions through a team of managers, supervisors, and team leaders, providing guidance and support to promote the company's mission and values. As a General Manager, you will also focus on employee development, coaching, and mentoring to facilitate career growth and ensure a strong bench of future leaders. You will maintain flexibility in labor and resource planning to respond to customer needs effectively.
