The Drybar Shop Manager position is one of the in-shop leadership roles. The Manager upholds Drybar standards, leads the client experience team and supervises shift operations. In addition, Managers manage supply levels, train new front desk team members, coordinate membership sales and retention, coordinate group events, and execute the shop’s social media calendar. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.
- Minimum of One (1) Years of Experience in a fast paced retail, restaurant, beauty, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Committment to Customer Service
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and empathy
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competent trainer and motivator
- Cosmetology license / hair stylist experience required
