Requirements

• At least 4 years of leadership experience, with energy industry or full-service operations experience strongly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration (or equivalent experience).
• Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations confidently.
• Proven success in budget management, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Core leadership strengths, including business acumen, team building, customer focus, integrity and trust, strategic agility, and drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations and empower your team to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Build strong community relationships, grow market presence, and promote company sales and marketing initiatives.
• Champion customer satisfaction and elevate the customer experience.
