About The Position

Requirements

• Previous Quick Service Restaurant General Manager experience running high volume locations.

Responsibilities

• Running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Setting the restaurant's goals and creating a plan to achieve them.
• Leading a team of Department Managers and helping them set their own goals.
• Following up on Department Managers' progress and providing coaching and direction.
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
