Requirements

  • 7+ years of operations management experience in flooring
  • 3+ years of experience in resinous flooring and working knowledge of construction safety procedures
  • Proven experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Strategic problem solver with exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Humble, transparent leader with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Resinous Flooring Division's operations, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Oversee job site inspections before and after project completion to ensure quality and safety.
  • Forecast financial performance weekly, monthly, and annually; manage division P&L.
  • Resolve installation challenges promptly and effectively; communicate clearly and consistently with employees, customers, and senior management.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent; conduct goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Review and maintain safety documentation, DOT compliance, and safe work plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and corporate leadership to ensure project success and client satisfaction; review project proposals to define timeframes, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Drive business development and foster strong relationships with General Contractors and clients; uphold and promote a positive company image.
