About The Position

As the General Manager of Pool Beverage you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the operation of beverage services at all Wynn & Encore resort pools.
Work with both the Hotel & F&B divisions to ensure that service is streamlined and in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas standards.
Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
Scheduling, training and evaluating beverage services staff, ensuring quality, appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards.

Requirements

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience and at least 1 year of work experience as a Senior Beverage Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced, luxury environment is preferred.
• Candidate must exhibit advanced service, beverage and cocktail knowledge.
• Computer skills, including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred.
• Candidates must be able to lead and work self-managed.
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
